Sales Administrator (Formech Inc)

The Role

Provide effective and expedient first line support to the Formech sales team and customers.  The sales administration role also includes organization of logistics, sales analysis and reporting to support Formech Inc’s global business.

Primary Responsibilities

  • 1st point customer liaison and support
  • Meet & Greet customers at Formech Inc / provide refreshments and hospitality as required
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation and itinerary for Formech reseller and customer visits
  • Coordinate team inputs and responses to customer sales, technical and operational enquiries
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Record customer complaints and follow Formech’s ISO customer resolution procedures
  • Support Formech operations in UK on logistics and administrative tasks as required
  • Utilize in-house Data Base to generate invoices and quotations (training will be given)
  • Coordinate logistics for shipping machinery worldwide, following Formech Inc procedures
  • Dispatch of spare parts and marketing materials globally as required
  • Identify and contact potential customers to generate leads

Manufacturing Associate (Formech Inc)

The Role

Formech Manufacturing Associate is responsible for assembly and quality assurance of vacuum forming machinery, ancillaries and tooling.  Small batch production cycles for specialized equipment involves a wide range  of tasks and processes to make this an interesting and varied role working in a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial and young at heart company.

Required Skills & Experience

You are experienced in electro-mechanical, light manufacturing operations with a hands-on approach.  You thrive on working across a wide variety of technical, practical and functional tasks with strong initiative and an eye for detail.  You are known for improving everything touch and you do it with enthusiasm and urgency.  You like to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

  • You have a mechanical aptitude and ability to work with common tools

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assembly of electro-mechanical machinery adhering to documented production processes
  • Quality control testing of incoming goods and components
  • End-of-line testing and quality control
  • Operation of automated CNC and powered manufacturing equipment
  • Prioritize tasks and processes to meet production deadlines
  • Maintaining production areas in a clean, tidy and organized manner
  • Provide feedback to product design team to continually improve manufacturing consistency and efficiency
  • Coordination with external parties for procurement of externally manufactured parts and components

Your Background & Minimum Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 year’s-experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing role
  • PC literate with intermediate word, excel, outlook skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent

Bonus Points

  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
  • CNC operating experience
